- GDPR
- Memojin is GDPR-compliant. Data stored in France.
- AI processing
- The content sent to the AI is limited to what the processing requires, and no student data is used to train models. The details are set out in our terms of sale.
- Revision without AI
- Choosing which cards to revise and computing the intervals are algorithmic and deterministic (FSRS): no AI model takes part in those decisions.
- Separation
- Your institution's data is kept separate from that of other institutions and of consumer accounts. Each user sees only what they are meant to see — student, teacher or administration.
- Student accounts
- On the Academy plan, accounts are created and managed by the institution, which remains the data controller — Memojin acts as processor.
- IT security
- Secure infrastructure: encrypted data, controlled access, security best practice applied across the platform.
- Reversibility
- For every account: retrieval of your content and data through a request form; deletion on request at the end of the pilot.
- Documentation
- The full file for your DPO (sub-processors, retention periods, breach procedure) is put together with you during scoping.
